Disability and Special Needs. We also help younger individuals with disabilities or “special needs,” preparing trusts to provide for their supplemental needs beyond the bare minimum that governmental programs like Medicaid and Supplemental Security Income (SSI), while at the same time preserving their eligibility for public benefits.
