James C. Thompson

James C. Thompson serves as Of Counsel with McCurdy, Wotila & Porteous. After receiving his J.D. from Wayne State University, James was the Prosecuting Attorney for Osceola County from 1971 – 1980. He also was the president of the Mecosta-Osceola Bar Association from 1975 – 1976. In subsequent private practice, James was recognized as the most distinguished attorney in the Reed City area. His primary fields of expertise were real estate, business law, estate planning, estate administration and probate.
