Donald C. Samardich
After graduating from the Detroit College of Law (now the Michigan State University College of Law) in 1970, Don practiced in the Detroit area before moving to Cadillac in 1971. Don became one of the most respected corporate and business attorneys in the area. In 1974 Donald Samardich effected the merger of two law firms which established the solid roots for the law firm of McCurdy, Wotila & Porteous.
In February of 1990, Don left the firm and became Vice President of Finance and Administration for Avon Rubber & Plastics, a subsidiary of Avon Rubber, Ltd. In 1996, Don was promoted to President of Avon Technical Products Worldwide, with operations in Europe and North America. He retired from Avon in December of 1998.
Don brings the law firm of McCurdy, Wotila & Porteous an extensive and diverse range of experiences and capabilities, as well as expertise in strategic planning, mergers and aquisitions and business development.
